Refund & Cancellation Policy

​Cancellations by Hirer​ (Excluding Weather related cancellations)

Cancellations made more than 3 days before the booking date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 3 days before the booking date are non-refundable.

Refunds due to Weather & safety grounds.​

If adverse weather prevents safe use of the inflatable (as per our Weather Conditions Policy), you may reschedule your booking at no additional cost or request a full refund at our discretion.
Upon delivery & setup of the Inflatable Equipment should either Castle Kings or the Hirer not agree with the statements in the Hire Checklist (Located in the Terms & Conditions), you may reschedule your booking at no additional cost or request a full refund at our discretion.
