All bookings are confirmed once payment is received.

The hirer must be at least 18 years old.

The inflatable must be used at the location agreed at the time of booking.

The hirer is responsible for supervising the inflatable at all times.

Users must follow safety instructions provided during setup.

Castle Kings accepts no liability for injuries resulting from improper use or failure to follow instructions.

Inflatables must not be used under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Shoes, sharp objects, and pets are not allowed on the inflatable.

Castle Kings is not liable for damage to property or injuries arising from failure to comply with safety instructions.

Any damage to equipment caused by negligence or misuse will be charged to the hirer.

The inflatable must not be used in unsafe weather conditions. Refer to our Weather Conditions Policy below.
