Refund & Cancellation Policy

​Cancellations by Hirer​

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the booking date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 3–7 days before the booking date will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 3 days before the booking date are non-refundable.

Refunds due to Weather​

If adverse weather prevents safe use of the inflatable (as per our Weather Conditions Policy), you may reschedule your booking at no additional cost.

If rescheduling is not possible, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Refund Process​

Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
