Delivery and Setup Policy

Delivery and setup of the inflatable are included in the rental price within the agreed location and time.

The hirer must provide safe, level access for delivery, setup, and operation.

Setup may take approximately 30–60 minutes depending on the inflatable and location.

The inflatable must be placed on flat, firm ground (grass, concrete, or tarmac).

The area must be free from overhead obstacles, sharp objects, and debris.

If the site is unsuitable, Castle Kings reserves the right to refuse setup.

Once setup is complete, the inflatable must be supervised at all times by a competent adult (18+).

Castle Kings staff are not responsible for supervising users once setup is complete.

The hirer must ensure that vehicles can safely access the property for delivery and collection.

Any parking fees or restrictions are the responsibility of the hirer.

The delivery team will arrive within the agreed time window.

If access is delayed due to the hirer, setup may be rescheduled or shortened, without refund.

Castle Kings will collect the inflatable at the agreed end time.

The hirer must ensure the inflatable is accessible and ready for collection.

Castle Kings accepts responsibility for damage to equipment during delivery, setup, and collection.

The hirer is responsible for any damage caused after the inflatable is set up or during use.
